Navigating End-of-Life Care

Pulmonary fibrosis (PF) and interstitial lung disease (ILD) patients go through many different stages as the disease progresses. As a support group, we strive to support each other in living our best lives possible. Still, there comes a time when medical intervention reaches its limit, and the transition from life to death begins.We invite you to a special Zoom meeting dedicated to understanding and navigating this final stage of PF/ILD.
