Our executive team leads our volunteer staff, who are patients, caregivers, and family members living with pulmonary fibrosis. We are thriving by helping others through PF Warriors.
Our Executive Team
Ms. Kervitsky began her career working in critical care as a respiratory therapist. She helped develop the ILD Clinical and Research Program at National Jewish Health where she established relationships with physicians and researchers around the world. She has worked closely with pharmaceutical companies and the National Institutes of Health in the development of clinical trials for pulmonary fibrosis and other rare lung diseases. Dolly served as the VP of Patient Relations and Medical Affairs for the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation. From there, she moved on to serve as a Medical Science Liaison for both large and clinical stage pharmaceutical organizations and as a VP of Medical Affairs for a device company. A member of PF Warriors for several years, she manage the day-to-day operations of the PF Warriors.
Ms. Barnes first became involved with the PF community after losing her father to Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF) and subsequently losing four additional family members to the disease. She began her career in journalism and has used those skills as she navigated the worldwide PF community, seeking out-of-the-box solutions for treating pulmonary fibrosis. Teresa was a founder of the first IPF patient organization, the Coalition for Pulmonary Fibrosis in 2001. She has served on multiple boards, including the American Thoracic Society, where she spearheaded multiple advocacy efforts. A member of PF Warriors for five years, Teresa opens doors around the world.

Bill Vick continues to focus on providing inspiration, hope, and support to members. We honor Bill for showing us the way forward through his words and actions.
